Flour from controlled cultivation, premium olive oils and energetically activated water are just some of the building blocks we use to build on the most stringent quality levels. Wherever possible, we use regional suppliers and products.
And as if we weren't already tough enough on ourselves, we also have our bakery products tested on a regular basis by independent auditors for their taste, freshness and quality.
